What's in my box each week?
We build every box fresh each week based on what is in season and what our growers have available. Right now, your box contents are finalized and posted in your account every Friday morning. As we roll out customizable boxes, you will have more room to make your box your own. We are building that carefully so it stays simple, useful, and true to the quality you expect from us.
Is your food organic?
Not at the moment. Right now, our boxes are conventional.
We will be introducing organic-only boxes soon, and once they are available, you will see that option clearly labelled when you shop.

Where is the checkout button?
There isn't one!
Table & Kin is checkout free. Just choose the box you want, pick your frequency, and add it to your order. When your route's cutoff arrives, your order locks automatically and your card is charged. Your fresh food is then delivered to your pickup location. No cart, no checkout, no extra steps.
When am I charged?
All Tuesday and Thursday orders have a cutoff time of Saturday at 6:00 PM so we can place our orders with our suppliers for the week. Billing is processed on Monday. If you choose to pay by e-transfer, your request will be sent that same day. If you need to skip or pause, just do it before Saturday at 6:00 PM.
How does the swap work?
Coming soon: Your Way Boxes — a new option that lets you swap as many items as you'd like. Founders' Table members will get unlimited customization free, forever. Reply to any delivery email to join the early list.
Yes — send us an email with your request (hello@tableandkin.ca) once your box contents are posted on Friday, you can swap out one item for something else from our available inventory. Tuesday delivery customers have until Sunday at 11:59 PM. Thursday delivery customers have until Tuesday at 11:59 PM. After the deadline, your box is locked and we start packing.

Can I skip a week?
Absolutely!
Log into your account, go to Upcoming Deliveries, and click "Skip Delivery" for any week you want to miss. You won't be charged. If you know you'll be away for a while, you can also add vacation schedules to skip multiple weeks at once. Just make sure you do it before your billing cutoff: Saturday at 6:00 PM for Tuesday delivery, or Monday at 6:00 PM for Thursday delivery.
What if there is no Pickup Location that works with my schedule?
Start your own!
Our Residential Home Hub program lets you host a pickup spot right from your front porch. Bring 4 or 5 neighbours on board and you'll get 20% off your own box every week. Email us at hello@tableandkin.ca and we'll walk you through how it works.
