We build every box fresh each week, based on what is in season and what looks best. You will always find the staples your kitchen runs on, plus a rotating mix of seasonal produce. Your exact contents are finalized and posted in your account every Friday morning.

Every curated box comes with a set lineup we choose for you. If you want to make it your own, choose the Your Way version of any box when you order. Your Way lets you add and subtract items within your box, so you keep what your family loves and skip what they do not. Your customization window opens Friday morning when the contents post, and closes Saturday at 6:00 PM. Recurring subscribers get Your Way at no added cost.

If you are on a curated box and want to change one thing, email us at hello@tableandkin.ca. Tuesday pickup customers have until Sunday at 11:59 PM. Thursday pickup customers have until Tuesday at 11:59 PM.

There is no checkout button, and that is on purpose. Choose your box, pick how often you want it, and add it to your order. When your pickup day cutoff arrives, your order locks automatically and your card is charged. Your food is packed and dropped at your pickup spot. No cart, no checkout, no extra steps.

All Tuesday and Thursday orders have a cutoff of Saturday at 6:00 PM so that we can place our orders for the week. Credit cards are charged, and e-transfer requests are sent on the Monday of your delivery week. If you need to skip or pause, do it before Saturday at 6:00 PM.

You collect your box from the pickup hub you chose when you signed up. We will let you know when it has been dropped. If you cannot make it, send whoever you like in your place, a partner, a neighbour, a kid with a wagon. If a box goes unclaimed by the end of pickup day, we donate it that day rather than let good food go to waste. Please let us know in advance if something has come up. Our hub hosts have all been vetted, please reach out to them if something came up and work on a time that makes sense for both of you.

Yes. Log in to your account, go to Upcoming Deliveries, and click Skip Delivery for any week you want to miss. You will not be charged. Heading away for a stretch, set a vacation hold to skip several weeks at once. Just make it before your Saturday 6:00 PM cutoff.

One thing to know: a vacation hold covers the exact dates you set. Once that window ends, your regular delivery and billing resume automatically, so if your plans change, log in and extend it before your next cutoff.

Tell us. Email hello@tableandkin.ca if anything arrives damaged or falls short of what you expected, and we will make it right on your next box. We pack every box by hand and check as we go, but produce is a living thing, and once in a while, one slips past us. When it does, we want to hear about it.

Right now, our boxes are conventional. We are carefully building an organic lineup so that, when it arrives, both the quality and the price hold up. When it is ready, you will see it clearly labelled when you shop.

If no pickup spot near you works, the answer might be to start one. Our home hub program lets you host a pickup right from your front porch. Bring three or four neighbours/family/friends on board, and you get 20% off your own box every week, plus $10 in credit for every new household that joins through you and receives their first box.
